At Elorents Vehicle Rental & Allied Services, we are committed to providing transparent, fair, and customer‑friendly policies that ensure a smooth rental and service experience. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and returns may be granted for our vehicle rentals and allied services.

 

1. Vehicle Rental Returns

All rented vehicles — including cars, buses, vans, trucks, boats, and jets — must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, except for normal wear and tear.

A vehicle is considered successfully returned when:

  • It is delivered to the agreed drop‑off location

  • It is returned within the agreed rental period

  • All keys, documents, and accessories are intact

  • No new damage is observed

Any damage, missing items, or late returns may attract additional charges as stated in the rental agreement.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Vehicle Rentals

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the rental start time qualify for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time are non‑refundable.

2.2. Jets, Boats & Premium Services

Due to the high‑value nature of these services:

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the service date receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48–72 hours receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service date are non‑refundable.

 

3. Refunds for Allied Services

3.1. Logistics & Delivery Services

Refunds may be issued if:

  • A service was not delivered as agreed

  • A booking was cancelled before dispatch

  • Elorents is unable to fulfill the service due to operational issues

Once a delivery or logistics service has commenced, it becomes non‑refundable.

3.2. Airport Pick‑Up & Drop‑Off

  • Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours are non‑refundable.

  • No‑shows are not eligible for refunds.

 

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

5. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Late returns or no‑shows

  • Violations of rental terms

  • Fuel charges, tolls, or penalties

  • Damage caused by negligence or misuse

  • Completed services

 

6. Disputes & Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or wish to dispute a charge, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the incident. We will review your case and respond promptly.
